In Mesa Global we value seeking God first in all that we do, so we are working to provide spaces for leaders to draw aside, to be renewed in their relationship with Jesus and, to be refreshed for long-term effectiveness in ministry.
Our desire is to provide retreats within each region where Mesa Global workers serve and to resource our partners as well. We seek to walk alongside our workers as they engage in ministry, serving as “companions of the heart.”
In order to do this, we are forming a Spiritual Formation Global Team dedicated to nurturing Christ-like character in our workers in every region and to serve as catalysts for deeper formation in Christ, empowering our global workers and national partners to serve more effectively and faithfully in their communities.
This project focuses on providing spiritual retreats and training resources for Mesa Global workers and our national partners around the world.
- Pray with us that the Lord will raise up global workers to serve on the Spiritual formation global team. We are praying specifically for those who can serve in lead roles for their regions and in turn develop regional Spiritual Formation resource teams.
- Pray for clear guidance and dependence on our Lord Jesus as this team comes together.
- Pray that He would guide our priorities and initiatives in the days ahead.
