This leadership is not natural, nor is it easy... but it is essential.
Mesa Global works to empower its total team of global workers with the mindsets, the character formation, and the relational skills that reflect Jesus’ character. And then, to raise up servant leaders in their global contexts, who will make more disciple leaders who serve as Jesus served.
Retreats, mentoring, peer friendships, biblical curriculum, and more go into this leadership formation process.
Brian Rice is working with Mesa Global to equip our global workers for the work of servant leadership and equipping others for the same. Whether it is church planting, evangelism, seminary education, ministries of mercy and justice, relief and development - in everything we do, we seek to do as servant leaders who also equip others
- The Mesa Global team is large and spread throughout the world. We are creating new processes and communities for developing servant leaders. That process is long, slow, deep, difficult and so worthwhile. Pray for the launch of the new resources we are getting to our people.
- Pray for the seminars, conferences, and retreats we use to develop servant leaders.
- Pray that every member of the Mesa Global community will experience the joy of leading in the way of Jesus, all to the glory of God.
