CIT is a training partnership of various mission agencies working together to equip and train cross-cultural workers for effective and fruitful ministry. Language acquisition and cross-cultural training are core to our program, but both are rooted deeply in spiritual formation and developing how to live and serve out of the resources available in Christ.
