After 21 years of serving with Avance Mexico, Nydia and I are moving into a new leadership role with Mesa Global in the area of Spiritual Formation. Paul is serving as Director of Spiritual Formation globally; Nydia teaches at Oaxaca Christian School (a school for missionary kids) and she also supports formation ministry in Latin America.
We train and resource leaders in Mesa Global's regions of service in spirituality formative practices and rhythms. We encourage others, both Mesa Global missionaries and national leaders in their walks with Christ through retreats, training, and spaces for reflection and rest.
Our desire in Mesa Global is that our ministry flows out of who we are in Christ. Mesa Global describes this process of spiritual formation as “the process of developing relational connectedness to Christ while learning the themes and disciplines of Biblical spirituality, so we can discern, experience, and respond to God’s presence, work, and Word.
- Pray for us as we seek the Lord’s vision, wisdom, and humility in this important area of ministry.
- Pray for our children Andres & Ana, that Jesus would be their "true north" in all of life.
- Pray that the Lord would raise up a Global team of Spiritual formation leaders in each of the regions where Mesa Global serves.
