Matt is focused on reaching refugees and migrated peoples in the urban centers by mobilizing workers and churches to share the gospel and show the love of Christ among the forcibly displaced. Matt co-founded QUEST Academy as a discipleship and mission training program for migrant leaders from the global south. Our vision is to equip and mobilize migrant leaders, local churches, admission workers globally for effective cross-cultural ministry across Europe and throughout the Middle East and North Africa Regions. Nicole is focused in spiritual formation and leadership training for mission and church leaders serving on the front lines.
