Avance-España is a cross-cultural internship program designed to support the Spanish Church while training young Christian leaders.
As Avance’s Program and Project Coordinators, Karen and Phil will be involved in program improvement, mentoring, training, and project management. The primary goal is to collaborate in serving apprentices, growing and impacting the Spanish church, and helping to provide fun, creative, and reflective resources for impacting mission in Spain.
- Culture and language learning (switching from Portuguese).
- Creative adaptation of ministry after CV-19.
