We are passionate about equipping leaders for Christ’s Church! We build relationships, invest in, and train emerging leaders, so that they are equipped to shepherd well and raise up new leaders.
Our model is to train leaders’:
✦ head: through Biblical and theological education
✦ heart: through spiritual formation
✦ hands: practical leadership and life skills
Jack's primary role is on Mesa Global’s Training team. He coordinates Zoom workshops on educational best practices including facilitation, dialogue, curriculum and mentoring. Jack also supports the Regional Training Hubs initiative through developing partnerships and problem-solving specific challenges.
Loren cares for our children and home while also working closely with Jack in our communications and editing resources. Once or twice a year, she enjoys facilitating training workshops.
We have three children, ages 9, 6, and 3, who keep our hands and our hearts full as we serve God’s kingdom together as family.
