After 25 years of service in China, we were thrilled to be called to continue making a global impact at the Center for Intercultural Training (CIT)in January 2020. CIT's mission is to equip cross-cultural workers with the missiological, biblical, and personal tools needed for strategic and effective cross-cultural work.
Jon serves as the Executive Director and overseas all the programs, leadership and direction of CIT. Paula is the Director of CIT's TCK (Third Culture Kid) Program and helps coordinate and facilitate CIT's Debriefs.
- Wisdom for Jon and CIT's leadership team to lead our staff well and to continue to improve and expand CIT's programs.
- Energy and wisdom for Paula to lead the TCK team and to develop the program to better support the needs of children and parents both on and off the field.
- Provision for our financial needs.
