Andrew serves as a Mesa Scholar with Mesa Global. I’m currently working on my PhD in Old Testament at Wheaton College. Upon completion, we will be moving to Peru, where both Adriana and I grew up, to serve in theological education. The Peruvian evangelical church is growing, but there is a great need for trained ministry leaders and theological educators as most pastors have little or no theological education. Our mission is to equip pastors and ministry leaders to see the world from God's perspective and live in the world according to God's design.
Adriana will be home with the kids and will be actively involved in serving the church.
- That God would sustain our family (spiritually, emotionally, etc.) as we conclude PhD studies, build a team of supporters, and transition back home to Perú.
- That God would strengthen the (few) existing institutions of theological education.
- That God would give us patience and guidance in the many decisions entailed in setting up life and ministry in Perú.
